Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. The Nail Playhouse is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us if additional assistance is needed.
